I took this shot during my first visit to the Redwood National Forest. The Rhododendrons were in full bloom, and the recent rain had left the forest covered in mist.

I could start off like this – “Seeds of Jay Patel’s appreciation for beautiful places were planted early in his childhood….” but it would get boring really fast.
